Swipe right on profiles you like. When two people both swipe right, it's a match! You'll then be able to exchange prompts and build your connection.
Prompts are fun questions that help you get to know your match. Free users get 5 prompts per match. Upgrade to Communication Pass for unlimited prompts.
Sparks are the in-app currency used to send gifts to your matches. Hearts are earned when someone accepts your gift — you can cash out Hearts for real money via PayPal once you reach the minimum balance.
Respond to at least one prompt per day to keep your streak alive. Longer streaks unlock special badges and earn bonus rewards.
Open the App Store on your iPhone → tap your profile photo → Subscriptions → find PromptLuv → Cancel Subscription.
Go to your Profile tab → tap Settings → Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data within 30 days.
Either you or your match may have deleted their account or unmatched. Unfortunately this action can't be reversed.
Payouts are processed within 5–7 business days. If you haven't received yours after 7 days, contact us at stant7896@gmail.com with your username and the payout amount.
